We wanted to do both last time but the range was too crowded. If we can find a spot for rifles I would love to do it. I think 50 yards would be good.

Y'all have a secret supplier online or local? Trying to find 147gr outside of Cabelas is hard around here.

No secret supplier. I just still have a couple of cases left over from last time when Chuck specified it for full-auto use.

Speaking of that - I have quite a bit of 158-grain subsonic 9mm. Anyone interested in trying some of it? It's brass-cased, if that makes a difference to anyone.

Dunno. Never tried it. If it runs you'll have more fun than if it chokes every few shots.

Might probably work even if it's underpowered cause of how overgassed the upper is but I've never actually tried it with Ruskie steel case so can't say for sure.

Could bring both kinds of ammo just in case the rifle hates it.

Its a 901. So yes, it can rock a 223 upper and a 308 upper

Only bringing .38 ammo tho. Iff'n you wants to fire.357 you'll have to bring the ammo.
