WTB: AK-47 Shepherd's Hook/Retainer Plate (San Antonio)

As the title says, I need either a shepherd's hook or a retainer plate for an AK-47. It's actually for a Romanian WASR-10/63, but any shepherd's hook/retainer plate should work. I tried Alamo Tactical and Top Brass (the latter used to carry them), but no luck. Online sites want to charge too much for shipping, these things are less than five bucks and I don't want to spend nearly double that just to toss one in a small envelope and put a stamp on it!
