I just paid about 40 cents each for Sierra 175gr SMKs. I've got plenty factory rounds but a quick price check shows cases selling for about double what I paid a year ago. Time to cook up a few of my own. Going old school with some Imr 4064.

I bought a clamp on from Harbor Freight. $20ish

It’s nice to be able to take it off when not needed.

Really wish I would have bought the clamp on. I didn’t think it would be big enough (not sure what the hell I thought I would need a big vice for) so I went with the next size up! Hardly use it, and it kinda gets in the way some times. Clamp on is a good idea if you are thinking of getting one!

I think I'm gonna cry. My local Academy says they haven't seen small primers, rifle or pistol, in about 6 months.
You should try the Pasadena store. They have a list with the ammo at 7:00AM so you won't have to wait for nothing. Scored some primers there about a week ago.

Setup the powder dispenser so I can load the 6.5 CM test rounds tonight. Finally gonna do it. Had that gun for over a year now. Planning to shoot them this weekend so I figure out what load I want.

Put in a clamp vise. It works for now but isn’t deep enough for the AR vise block. But it will do for now
