What color should...

I repaint my trusty Romanian friend?
It's a WASR10 I picked up from a buddy a few years back. Said it was painted to match a skin in a first person shooter game he played.

I started stripping it over the weekend & cant decide solid color ...black, coyote, fde, odg or some type of battle camo with similar colors.
I'm thinking some kind of battle camo with coyete, fde & odg.

I plan to use Brownells Alumihyde so colors are limited. It will also be getting new furniture.

What say the collective on TGT

Haha...Loui V & gold...I can only image the guy proud enough to show it to his buddys.

When I do take it to the range it gets a few looks...especially from the RSOs.

Do what I did with my ruger mpr. Prep it for coating, hang it and it’s parts, have some beer, and go to town. I used cerakote. I’ll get a pic tonight. I call the pattern “Rhodesian pbr”.

AK's look good with wood furniture, but i was going for more of a tacticool look with a railed front grip & probably an adjustable postion AR style stock.

Things to keep in mind WRT color scheme is lighter colors reflect heat which can be a blessing on a bright summer day here. Also, matte vs satin vs glossy finish - matte will hide imperfections better than glossy.
