Sometimes, it's the little things that count. As a high end carpenter and an ametuer gunsmith, these are little details that the average person probably doesn't even notice, but, make a difference.

When working on multi-million dollar homes, we would align the screws on the door locks. A good gunsmith does the same thing.

The top shows wrong, the bottom right.

In the carpentry I do you don't see the screws in the door handles.

I clocked all the screws on the light switches and outlet covers in my first apartment.

I know a lineman that builds lines that aren't very pretty. One day one of the other crews gave him a hard time about it. He told them "It's CV spec." They said "what the hell is CV? He replied "carries voltage." I thought to myself.... fair enough.

I'd like to add though... I have to set my volume nob to even number when I listen to the radio. I.E. 8, 16, 22.... Same difference right?
