If it is a 51% I don't believe they have a choice.

It’s a 51% sign and TABC’s website says they should have the blue sign up and not the red. They have been reported to TABC by 4 people that I know of, and TABC responded to me saying it’s not illegal to have a 51% sign up when not required.

If you look up and to the right when you go in the front door it’s there. The day we found it there was a group of 5 of us headed in when 1 guy noticed it. He pointed it out to the rest, and 4 of us had to go back out to the parking lot. The 5th guy was standing there wondering where we went and why. He’s not very observant.
