    Damn inlaws ate every scrap of white meat turkey in the house!!!
    How do 8 people eat 22 pounds of turkey?
    I do have a bourbon pecan cheesecake I have been eating since last thursday but damn I needed a few more helpings of turkey!

    I made some turkey/rice/cheddar casserole. Froze several portions for later so that the leftovers don't go to waste. Makes for great grab and go meals for work.
