I quit eatin it on sat to avoid early burnout. I saved some for later this week. Just hope it keeps in the fridge that long.

Turkey sammich, classic post t-day fixins. I did ham sandwiches, not bad with a little mayo and a slice of jalapeno jack cheese.

The other thing I tried this year was turkey noodle soup. It was awesome!

I just had turkey breast meat that slow cooked in BBQ sauce for three hours. Tender, delicious, and yum, yum!

I made some turkey/rice/cheddar casserole. Froze several portions for later so that the leftovers don't go to waste. Makes for great grab and go meals for work.

Sounds about like what I did. I had stuffing with gravy and ham for breakfast.

Turkey Flautas im guessing. Sounds pretty good. If something doesnt satisfy you, deep fry it!
