Super Bowl Sunday ribs

Didn't care much about the game this year, but usually do something every Super Bowl.

Two racks of baby backs, Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust rub and a little brown sugar, 2-2-1 method on the Egg at 230* or so with hickory and cherry. Turned out great as usual.

I too no longer watch the NFL given their anti-America stance.

But, I'll miss those uber-creative commercials if I pass on the SB.

Yeah, like I 'want' to watch commercials, mmmmhhh, no, no I don't.....or their less than mediocre half time jokingly referred to as entertainment...pass....

P.S. Chef, your cooking looks 'mah-vel-ous'! Makes me hungry.....
