    Technically, some people could still be carrying under their CHLs.

    If the last one was theoretically renewed on 31 December 2015, it should be valid up until that date next year!

    Nope, it's 12/31/2020, as renewals were good for five years. If (theoretically) someone got theirs issued on 12/31/2015, it would be good until that date.

    Initial licenses are valid for four years. Renewal licenses are valid for five years.
    I only remembered the 4yr, it truly sucks being wrong :( . . . again :mad:
