    Why? What difference would it make?

    I’ve seen other ranges do that to make sure someone suicidal doesn’t come in and rent a gun to end their lives. Someone with a gun already has the means to take their lives outside of the range. So for them to rent one for the purpose of suicide is unlikely.

    Just thinking tha even if you have your own gun it wouldn’t stop them from killing themselves at the range.
