    I haven't had them in a very long time so I figure why not. Made mine without looking @ how to do them, but y'all might check out a recipe.

    Butter insides of 2 ramekins. Line with a meat(I used some wafer sliced ham), drop in cheese(pepper jack in this case) Crack 2 eggs on top. Salt & pepper to taste. add a little milk & more cheese. Bake 375 10-15 minutes or your liking of yolk doneness

    Bunch of different combinations & it should work with your Keto diet.

    Picked up some prosciutto at Sam's the other day.
    Going to give that a try, with a bit of heavy cream to replace the milk.
