Anyone here ever heard of Shaggs Customs out of Texas? Looking to purchase a rifle that was supposedly made by them, but I’ve yet to find any information at all regarding the company. The ad reads as follows

For sale is my Remington 700 Sendero SFII in 300 Win mag. It’s bedded in a McMillan A3 with sniper fill, with a shilen trigger and Badger bolt knob installed. It’s also ceracoated in sniper grey. Both the lugs and barrel were hand lapped.
On top is a Leupold Mark 4 4.5-14X50 Mildot reticle with M1 turrets.
The rifle was built by Shaggs customs in Texas. Less than 150 rounds fired.

The rifle looks sharp as hell. Bedding and inlet work look superb, as well as the sniper grey cerakote work but I just can’t find anything about Shaggs Customs at all. Thanks for the help.

Exactly what I did, I asked to see a build sheet and contact info. Just waiting to hear back from the seller. He’s been active with communication, I don’t have suspicions I just wanna know more about the company.

Based on the pictures I’ve seen, I have not seen any sort of “Shaggs” branding on the gun.

I figured it out. He works on bolt guns for LE officers. Was able to track down his FFL info online.

Thanks a lot for this, funny story the guy I bought the .300WM from was actually the owner of this rifle also. He sold this gun to get himself into a
.260Rem PRS rig. This listing though helped me track down a lot of the info I was seeking. Really appreciate the insight guys.
