He was indicted on 16 felony counts. Seems like the grand jury in Chicago felt no pity for him. Folks have already been fired at a hospital for looking at his records. A HIPPA violation can get serious in a hurry. The Police are also looking for anybody in the department who leaked information.

However, the grand jury and the prosecutor are pretty serious if they charged him with sixteen felonies.
