From what I can find via Yooper John it is a 1957 - SN 1621612.
Matching serial on stock, receiver, trigger guard, and box magazine.

Reading further, this rifle is the Type 56 and likely a bit later series given the Factory Mark, three Chinese characters, and then the serial.
