Sam Houston hunt this past weekend Nov 11th

Hunted Sam Houston, no luck for a second deer this year.

I did see a bunch of hogs, I walked up on them rooting around and not paying attention.
I ended up watching them for about 20 minutes before they rooted some place else in the talk berry plants.

Next time if I see one it’s a dead oinker, I had my reasons at the time to not take one.

Yes we camped, was stuck in the house all
Week. Daughter had the flu, so I didn’t leave the house for 5 days straight, I slept in the back of my suv. I had a damn good time.

I shot a deer in north Idaho in October, so i brought venison pepper jack cheese sausage, we browned it, and then ate it with a pot of beans.

I hope to do it again soon.
