    So what is it?

To get more than 5 rounds due to it being a foreign made shotgun or rifle. ATF provides a 20 part list and the benelli only has 13 of theses parts. I can take the 2 round limiter off, but then I'm over 10 parts. So you would have to put other made USA parts from their list. That's why I asked about Briley tiggers.

I'm not a lawyer and this isn't legal advise.

    Nobodies been prosecuted for that.
Most cops wouldn't know about it either

Maybe. From what I understand it more of a tack on type of charge. I rather not get a felony if I can easily avoid it.i dont wanna be the 1st guy to be charged with it. The law does seem very arbitrary. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So this from the above link: If you purchase and install an FFT 922(r) compliant full length magazine tube, an FFT 922(r) compliant follower, and the FFT 922(r) compliant tactical forend, you will be in full compliance with 922(r)

That's my understanding. I was gonna do a carrier comp titanium full length mag tube (comes with a USA follower), Briley trigger (trigger, hammer, disconnector), and an Urbino stock. I believe the c-stock counts as 2 imported parts. If I do a c-stock instead maybe change out the forearm/handguard (counts as 1 part) if necessary. I would need to write it down and check the part count.

After writing it out, looks like I dont need to put a diffeent stock on unless it just feels right.
