Tried several ammos at 50yds yesterday.

Rifle: Ruger Precision Rimfire .22lr, Vortex Diamondback 4-12x24, UTG medium rings, Harris bipod.

CCI Standard, CCI MiniMag, Federal Match, Eley Club, & Eley Target. Zeroed with CCI Standard. Eley Club gave the best grouping. Had Extraction issues with the Federal Match. MiniMag was the worst grouping.

Like to make a note that the bench top had a soft/mushy surface. You could literally push the “mat” up & down.

Similar results to what I’m seeing with my new CZ. Where’d you get the Eley club?

I’m hesitant to buy a case of 5k without testing it first.

Picked it 100rds at Sportsman's Guide. I was hesitant also. Wish I waited on my 2500rds of CCI Standard now.

Very nice. Considering one of those later this spring.

I actually bought and submitted a Dead Air Mask suppressor with the sole intention of putting it on a RPR .22lr. LOL

Good shooting. Have you applied to the Olympics?

If you’re eligible, CMP allows 2x 5K cases per year for individual purchase.

    ~$300/case or so.

Ruger bolt rimfire's are a great deal and that Eley's group is amazing.

Looking on line the Eley Club is over twice the price of the CCI Standard.
Walking around shooting squirrels or cans the CCI is plenty accurate.
For grins play with the CCI quite 710 FPS stuff. Plenty potent for squirrels or cans and humorously quiet.
From a bench that Eley is worth the money. Your gun loves it.

Yes the Ruger Precision is slowly becoming one of my favorite firearms I own.

Yes the Eley Club is twice the price of CCI Standard. Why I have 2500+ ads of CCI Standard and (now) sub 100rds of Eley. With that said I did order 50 ads each of the following to test/try: Eley Match, SK Match, RWS Match, and RWS Target. So it will be interesting to see how these preform.

I do have some CCI Quiet and shooting it suppressed is a lot of fun.

Never shot any RWS 22 rounds, but their 32 auto ammo is fantastic. Best groups I have been able to shoot are with the RWS stuff.

Accuracy seems to be on par with what most other RPR owners are reporting. I’d stock up on the Eley Club, if accuracy was the goal anyway, everything else seemed to group larger than 1 moa. I’ll throw in my standard “come out and shoot NRL22 with us”, it’s a ton of fun!

Went back out to Blackwood gun club this morning. Testing a whole bunch of different .22lr ammo. Eley Match and Target won this round today. Once again I had ejection issues with the Federal Premium Match ammo. RWS Match gave me the same issues. Unsure why the Eley Club didn’t preform as well as last time. However that was cold bore. SK Match did well as well. The CCI Standard did better than before and more than likely will continue to shoot it due to cost and plinking. CCI MiniMag has a couple flyers but did well. If I ever get into NRL22 shooting think the Eley will be my go to.
