    Here's a video of me removing a neck lump that looks like a lipoma. There was actually an old silk suture inside the lump that had gotten inflamed and caused the lump. There were also micro-abscesses inside the lump which means small abscesses you can only see with a microscope. No pus in this video.

    Bonus: I learned inflamed is spelled inflamed, not inflammed like I have spelled it for years in all the records I've written.
