Question about approval on form 1

with all the pistol brace back and forths, I decided to go ahead and do a eform 1 to make a sbr.
Did the app online, took about 2.5 weeks to get an approval email.

My question is am I receiving a physical paper copy of it or do I print it and keep it with the gun.

Print the attachment, which is the approved Form 1.

I assume you're referring to the free brace approval Form 1. On a paid Form 1 you do get a stamp on the approval form emailed to you. I had to pay due to the fact mine wasn't already in my Trust.

I always save a picture of my approved Form 1’s on my phone and keep the paper copy at home as a “for record” copy in my NFA binder. I stopped keeping paper copies with me when I shoot them years ago.
