Photoshop / editor help

I want to embed a video inside of a photo. Think of a movie playing inside a picture of a T.V. I made a separate layer for the video in Photoshop. Pasted the movie into the layer of the picture, resized it (trying to make it fit a goofy angel) and the movie is no longer a move but a picture. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Guys

I think you will need a video editor for what you want to do. I use Sony Movie Studio and it would be relatively easy.

It may be possible in Windows Movie Maker. I don’t recall if it has the ability to do Picture in Picture or not.

You need a video editor. Try Hitfilm Express. It's pretty good one for a free one... https://fxhome.com/express
Lots of tutorials on their site and on youtube for it.
