This is just too big of a mistake for me to elaborate, but I am deathly disappointed in the direction that our military will take with this implementation. This is bad. BAD. The intentional destruction of our country becomes more and more evident with every stupid decision, that CLEARLY EVERYONE knows is bad, but still being pushed. My grandchildren will not grow up in a great nation. I don't see any other way, but a violent revolution, to hold these fools accountable and fix this country, and it will probably be too late even then. With all of these issues, including the recent attacks on our 2A, I just don't see how our voices and pens can prevail any further when they are constantly being slapped aside. Well at this point, I am hoarse and my pen is out of ink. Most of you will probably see this post as foolish, amongst other opposing and strong opinions, and I would be more than happy to turn out to be the village idiot in this case. I'm afraid I won't.

I spent a couple years in Iraq and worked with some pretty amazing female soldiers and officers. I worry about women in front line combat roles, but accept that combat has changed.

My main issue is the thought that training requirements for specialty units such as the rangers and SF will be relaxed to make sure a quota of females can get through it. Anyone who can complete the same high level of training is hooah enough to do anything in my opinion. Just make sure it is the same high level of training.

    This.

I know men who've earned those tabs, and they can tell stories about men finishing road marches with blood coming from the vents in their jungle boots, with shattered feet, with fractured legs. These are the kind of jobs that leave big, strong guys crippled, even without being wounded in combat.

In is a huge mistake and more of the secular progressive making everything equal. Say goodbye to the greatest nation ever......
TXI using hyperbole?? Ok, now I'm worried...

I don't have any real issue with women serving in combat as long as they are capable. My only concern is that training standards will be lowered in order to pass more females. That would be a very bad thing. Not all men are fit for combat either. If we start making exceptions it will eventually cost lives.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... You don't want a "revolution". Revolution is exactly what these socialist/authoritarians want. What we want is a restoration; enforcement of the constitution. If we ever have to take violent action, it needs to be considered law enforcement, not revolution.
