Hey guys I know a lot of ya'll are lawyers and 3 friends and I are considering forming an NFA trust. Mainly because we'd like to use suppressors with each others guns and not have to worry about doing anything illegal by possessing them. Exactly what are the costs/guidlines. I've read a bunch of stuff online, but I really wish we had a STICKY in this section of the forums so I could just read it here.

Everyone has clean backgrounds. I'm just curious what the guidelines and costs associated are.

Less hassles for an individual. More names on a trust = more shit to submit which will take BATFE longer to look at.
Mine took 5 months as an individual. No complaints when I read others horror stories.
