Just got a new LTC card and it too is marked Veteran

So... Show 'em your drivers license. If they don't give you discount - show 'em your LTC!

I'm not sure what they are talking about, but I assume it opens up mwr to everyone. In the past 100% disabled could take their paperwork to a unit that makes id cards and get a card entitling the bearer access to BX, Lodging. ect. It was like a regular card except a different color and for the longest time showed your soc sec number. It no longer has that number. I guess we will have to wait and see what they come up with this time.
