Shot him on an island. Guide said take the shot. Getting his 550lb off the island was some work.

They are 8”, which I understand are pretty good. They are pretty beat up at the bases from fighting this season during their rut.

Hope he knocked up as many as he could before his end.

Kind of reminds me of how much meat I brought home from my red deer hunt a few years back.

Hind quarters were big like that.
