Good and tangy.
Mom’s mustard
2oz. Can of Coleman’s dry mustard
1 cup flour
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup sugar
Melt 1/2 Tbs butter in 3/4 cup warm cider vinegar
1/2 Tbs salt
Mix together with electric beater until smooth
This should be enough for 2 8oz. jars
Keeps in fridge for months
