One of our young 50 year old life long family friends died yesterday. He proudly served with the US Army in Desert Storm on a Patriot Missle battery. He had Pre fontal dementia and some variant of ALS. He lingered and deteriorted for several years. When he first started having symtoms the VA couldnt figure out if it was caused by the chemical burns or the Anthrax vaccine they were forced to take..or maybe a combo. He seems to have passed on the same day as his Commander in Chief in that war named George HW Bush. Sorta odd huh?

My best friend’s son, John Steven Scott died this morning. Please say a prayer for this veterans family. He served in Desert Storm and was a member of the Patriot Missile Team. He didn’t perish in the war, but the war caused his death. He had what they call “Gulf War Syndrome”. Carol Scott, his Mom, lives in Wichita Falls, TX.

Know some Vets with Gulf War Syndrome. Nasty stuff. Prayers for his friends and family. I also have a friend who has some problems from Agent Orange.
