He didn't mention 'civilians' could own one, but Military and Law Enforcement was mentioned as their market...so, can they even be purchased by civilians, ah, when the cost comes down that is.

He didn't mention 'civilians' could own one, but Military and Law Enforcement was mentioned as their market...so, can they even be purchased by civilians, ah, when the cost comes down that is.

I could be wrong but having a registered Receiver M-16 might very well make it obtain able for me. As far as price goes it is Colt & it is a limited production item.

If you look at the other similar stocks they run $500.00-$600.00
