AR15 complete lower Receiver with 6 position stock (Houston)

I have a new in package: High Standard AR15 complete lower Receiver. $(less 6 position stock kit) I have one of each for sale. Very nice quality lower made here in Houston, TX. ( uses same CMT forging as COLT, S&W, Stag, Rock River, etc...)


Prefer FTF transaction with bill of sale , but will ship to FFL at buyers expense.

Would you do 450 for a complete lower? Also didn't think you had to ship to an FFL as long as you were shipping inside the state of Texas.

You don't need to go through an FFL for a sale inside the state of Texas, no.

I have heard that but as a seller I wouldn't feel comfortable shipping a lower or firearm even in state to a non FFL.

It's doable - even more so nowadays. However, I'd be hesitant to do so with a relatively new member of a forum. But generally speaking, having a copy of their TX DL/CHL, and the gun being shipped to the address on same, I'm good with. Flip side - most FFL's can ship cheaper than we can, so I generally just go that route.
