    Here
Thanks for sending the email and posting it and her reply. I love it!

Looks like she is not the only one that is speechless. The 'TSRA is great' crowd is not saying anything either.

I called Strickland’s office today. Seems as he feels that the only hope this session is to get CC added onto another bill as an amendment.
There won’t be enough time to do anything else.
I also told Strickland’s aid that the whole state now knows that Bonnen is a lying dog.

    Here
I sent an email to Empower Texans letting them know about bonehead. And I ask them to do a story about it. I don't know if they will do the story or not but it will be nice if they do.

It wouldn't hurt for some more folks to contact them about it.

BTW, the DPS video has now been viewed 19,317 times.

    I emailed her too.

"I was told you reported that he was arrested at this encounter. It seems that everything that was said about McNutt was incorrect. It seems to me that he was calm cool and collected at every point. It makes me wonder about the lies being told about this by Rep Bonnen and his group."

This is her reply to me.

"I forwarded the early press release. I’ve kept up with everything since.
The effects were the same. A bill that stood a better than good chance at a hearing in committee was killed by over zealous, poorly considered tactics."

    I replied.

"I disagree with you there. The bill was pulled and only used this as an excuse. He did absolutely nothing wrong or menacing or threatening in any way. Rep. Bonnen and his group completely lied about the whole thing trying to give some reason for their backing out on the bill. I believe the bill would have been pulled even without this incident."

    Her reply:

The definition of a good strategy is one that works."

So, in however many years Constitutional Carry has been filed, TSRA hasn’t hit on a good strategy, yet knows what a bad one looks like.

Fool me once and all that.

I'm sure they'd put the effort behind it if they believed in it but clearly they don't.

That’s depends. Are they looking to pass it or not? If they aren’t I’d say they know a good strategy
