    Here
The DPS video has already been viewed 15,832 times as of noon today. I am glad to see that it is off to a good start.

Storing a gun in its box is fine. Going to fire a qualification course, even one as simple as that one is idiotic. And if that was your first gun then I guess you were an idiot. I guess when you turned 16 you bought a new car and drove it to DPS. After all how hard can it be?
We have the freedom to just buy a gun, few hoops. With that freedom comes a responsibility to know how to operate them, before being evaluated and judged idiots as a group.

    Who can't drive at 16?
I was driving stick shift at 8 by myself.

I was 8 years old when I clipped the side of a bridge with the trailer I was pulling. First time I ever pulled a trailer on the road.

Hell, I don't like pulling trailers now.

I did have an incident in my dads station wagon with a bump gate about that age.

I only drove on ranch property.
But there was plenty of it.

    Heh.
By the age of 12, I was the one backing the cattle trailers up to the chute. Dad and Papaw just decided it was quicker to let me drive while they gave hand signals.
