    If you ever have been to the Harris County criminal courthouse it's like walking through zombie land. People all over the sidewalks and allowed to hangout. I don't feel safe walking past them. I remember growing up in the 60's there were hospitals full of crazy people. Not anymore, nut cases allowed to go anywhere they want.

    If you ever have been to the Harris County criminal courthouse it's like walking through zombie land. People all over the sidewalks and allowed to hangout. I don't feel safe walking past them. I remember growing up in the 60's there were hospitals full of crazy people. Not anymore, nut cases allowed to go anywhere they want.

    Especially as government employees, hell these people should feel right at home surrounded by the nutters.
