H&R 686 rimfire revolver

Found this at a pawn shop recently. Came with original box and .22LR as well as .22Mag cylinders. Interestingly, both cylinders are unfluted. Paid $140 for it.

I have one just like that. Have had it for about 40 years. I think I paid right at $100 for it new. It has been a very good little pistol and has killed many, many rats in the past and a skunk about a month ago.

My son has one like that with a 7.5" barrel and loves it.

I have a "Guardian" model that is similar, but in .32 s&w.

Wow, that's a nice score! I'll have to start poking around the pawn shops, I'll bet you could find some nice stuff in the older pawn shops away from the city.
