That's Maitland Ward. Former actress turned mediocre porn star. Plenty of pics out there of her sweater puppets out in the open.

Oddly enough, she's managed to again start getting mainstream work as an actress while stating that she intends to continue to do porn on the side.

It'll be interesting to see if she's successful. Generally, you do one or the other but not both. Of course, there have been exceptions like Rocco Siffredi in Europe but none I can think of in the U.S.
