Jeff Cooper once wrote that when he occasionally had to point a firearm at a photographer so that a particular picture could be taken it took a great deal of willpower to overcome his training and deliberately break a safety rule like that. I'm guessing no one in the room when that picture was taken felt the least bit unnerved by the circumstances. So the answer to your question would be "Since neither of them has a lick of sense, it's a tie."
