Cupped is most likely shocks and or balance.
Partially cupped and tappered is most likely worn front end parts. Ussually tie rod ends.
Judging by the way the tires are worn on the inside edge, and cupped, ball joints and tie rod ends need to be checked badly. And if things are that bad, your shocks probably ain't doing real good either. Your whole front undercarridge needs to be checked out by a good alignment specialist.
That is what I used to be. Brake and front end mechanic. From go-carts to school buses.
