There are some pretty good restaurants in PA. Can't remember the names though but I know how to get to them. I'll try google maps and see if I can come up with some names.
I will say, however, even though it is smaller, I think Ushuaia AR is a more fun town.

Quoting myself to give context. I looked and don't see any names I recognized. But if you are standing facing the front of Hotel Cabo de Hornos, walk left to the corner and turn right. Walk down the hill for two blocks toward the Magellan Strait and make another right on Liberatador Bernado O'Higgins . There is something like 10 or more restaurants along that block:

Cool, not too far from where I will be staying, the Hotel Diego de Almagro Punta Arenas. I'll give them a try.
