Hunting up in Montague County has been tough of late for me. In the last 6 hunts (2 weeks time), I have seen hogs only one time. It turned out to be a nice little sounder. I managed to shoot 4 and drop 3, including another mulefooted boar as part of a twofer. Still waiting to hear back from the landowner if the 4th hog turned up...

I have been seeing more road kill hogs then normal. I even thought the people on the lake pumping water for their lawns might just find a waller.
