You just have to find the dealers that don't overcharge.

Many dealers push the worthless aftermarket warranties too. They get a better commission on selling them than they do the factory ones.

I used to know a guy who sold those worthless warranties to the dealers. They always pushed his warranty instead of their own because of the commission they got.

My Benchmade knives have a lifetime warranty, so I didn't have to buy an extended one.
