Blackhawk! Holster Replacement
Blackhawk is recalling and replacing some Level III light-bearing SERPA holsters. Those are the only ones covered.
The problem they've experienced isn't immediately dangerous IMO. The inserts for the screws that hold the holster to the belt loop are pulling out. It would be bad if someone tried taking your weapon from you and those let go, though. Get it replaced.
