    I just buy 2-3 barrels at a time. Problem solved!
    It takes me about 30 minutes to swap out the barrels on my custom actions or my Savage actions.
    Takes me roughly 5min to swap barrels on my surgeon or defiance. Zero is different between some calibers/chamberings but I have data to get it very very close.

    I have heard and read that cryo-treating the barre will extend its life.

    These guys have done a couple of guns for me, as well as some friends.

    Some teams in NASCAR have been doing that for years. I figure that if they can increase engine reliability and wear, it should do a great job on barrels as well.
