From what I’ve heard, they’ve had 2 offers so far and neither were acceptable. I don’t know how anyone could make money on a gun range like that after spending $700K to purchase it.

Well crap. That was one place I shoot at... I am looking around again - actually came here to see what the place in south SA "A place to shoot" is like - looks really nice on their web site.. gotta go look and see if there's feedback on that.

I heard this morning from a good source that an acceptable offer has been made. The new owner wants to “pretty up” the place, but keep it as a gun range, hope that all works out.

That is awesome. We sometimes go to that range when we are in the area.
