WTS (Austin) 12GA Shotgun and Swedish Mauser for sale

I have an M38 Swedish Mauser and a 1965 High Standard K1200 Riot shotgun with a Stevens 77E heat shield for sale. I have not shot either, got the rifle in trade and have had the shotgun for several years. Both look in good condition, function mechanically. I would think they would shoot fine. Asking $300 each or $500 for both together. I'm in Austin so please be in the general area.

What is the barrel length on the High Standard

Is the finish on the Mauser original? The barrel tip looked really dark. Love the wood grain on it. About what part of town? I'm about 45 miles south of downtown.

I believe it is 18” I’ll double check when I’m home from work.
