It' a very small LLC that owns the company in Arizona. The agents for the LLC, Meet Me At Midnight LLC, are a husband and wife and it should be noted that they registered Moonlight Industries as a veteran owned business. The business address for the company is in a business park in Scottsdale, but this is not where the filmed "interaction" occurred. That interaction occurred in the driveway of the owners' residence in San Tan Valley which on a good day can be almost an hour away from Scottsdale.

Your gut isn't wrong.
