    Don't look at the price tags on those rigs. Sticker shock over load. Use to be that the spirit of overlanding was taking a cheap truck with a roof tent and to go wheeling and camping for a couple of days. Now with rigs like that they are little hotel rooms and cost well north of 100k and not very good for wheeling.

    Neat stuff.... but I'm more excited about my little WJ that will be getting out to the woods for hunting seasons this fall and winter.

    Yep.

    Used to be the point of a truck was to get you to where you could go backpacking.

    Still appreciate horse camping most.
