I was going to list all the cities in Texas that start with A, but instead I will ask, since I live in Austin, and it says so in every post I make, where did you think it was? Clearly you had already figured out the Rifle Club part. LOL!

Tried for membership there several times over the years but never seemed to work out. Maybe I just don't know the right people. You used to need a sponsor IIRC and I couldn't find anyone I knew that was a member to sponsor me. Are the swap meets worth going to? Is there a charge? How often are they?

Like any swap meet, it depends. No charge, but members only, both buyers and sellers. Couple of times a year at least. Not sure of the exact schedule, don't worry about it because they send me an advance email when one is coming.

Too make more excuses for myself (), I also initially connect those initials with Amateur Radio Club, etc. I've been involved in amateur radio since the mid seventies.

The swap meet is held monthly for members. I am a member but have never gone. Seems something always comes up.

Also, I am in amateur radio as well.
