Anyone had an Italian Chopped Sandwich"

Seen it on youtube& it caught my eye. Then I did a search & I just might have to try making one, or convince a local place to make them.

Nope, never had an Italian chop my sandwich. Haven't even been to Italy.

Campisi's in Dallas has a chopped salad full of meat and cheese that looks a lot like that. I'll bet they'd throw it on a roll for you...

Just watched this video the other day. I get the "everything in one bite" schtick but I question the efficacy of putting a "salad" into a hearty Italian or French loaf. IMO, the ingredients will be squeezed out after a couple bites. With that said, the ingredients of this sandwich are my go-tos and I'd be happy to try it...just seems like more work with little added benefit.

On a roll no chop. Need bigger flavor. Do one of those rollups on tortilla, perhaps. I don't believe I'd eat it.
