Can you guys look in your manuals and tell me what the low and high loads for 40 S & W are when using blue dot and a 180 gr bullet? My Nosler manual doesn't have much info on it....

well, 190gr. jacketed FP is 6.7 starting grains, 8.1gr. max. 1.135 OAL. 180gr. jacketed HP is 7.3gr. starting grains, 8.8 max, 1.115 OAL. I hope that helps. I use Bullseye in my 9mm & 40S&W. Blue Dot I use on Magnum loads.

The powder companies all have load listings on-line. The link for Alliant's Reloader's Guide. Unfortunately, the Alliant site only shows loads for a Speer Gold Dot in 180 g. Berry's bullets are plated, not jacketed, so you need to use the loads for cast bullets. Max load is probably 8.6 g (per Lyman's manual).
