I believe he is talking about Mark Eastman..If so, it was recommended he be disbarred for more then simply "saying that the 2020 elections were rigged."

I'm not posting them because I agree, but it's nice to have all the facts. Whether one agrees with the ruling is a whole other subject.

FACT is that I had heard it on a nationally syndicated radio show on the previous evening, as I said.

Those actions precipitating this Attorneys legal woes began with his defense of Trump’s claims of election fraud.

During the ensuing 3.5 years, we certainly have seen numerous items of evidence supporting claims of fraud. The very fact that the courts refused to hear the case & mounting evidence speaks volumes as to the degree of corruption; and, sealed the loss of confidence in our government.
