I posted the OP because I was so shocked that the 9th court would actually rule in favor of the 2A. In any way, shape or form - given their past rulings.
And if this goes up to the SCOTUS, I would expect the original ruling to be upheld.
This all makes me think though of the absolute fragility of our acknowledged rights in this country. Which, of course is what the 2A is all about. And I would expect that the 2A would be the first target in a move to establish totalitarian rule over our nation.
The removal of the 2A with a new amendment or otherwise would signal the start of such and therefore, a civil war.
The Founding Fathers were very wise.
