    Greetings all,
I recently bought a px4storm .45 I got to run 50 rounds through it and she fired smooooth as silk. 2nd time I ran 200 rounds through but constant feed issues. I could only run 2 -3 consecutive rounds at a time. I took it home cleaned and oiled properly (yes, I made sure the block was seated proper in the rolling barrel). The ammo wasn't crap. Ball. The magazines came with the sidearm and behave like the new springs that y have. I'm really, really disappointed because that first time was amazing. So, 1. has anyone here had similar feed problems? 2. what did you do to solve the problem?

    Thanks much,

I keep trying to tell folks the Lord gave us Japs to make cars..Germans to make guns..and Eyetalians to make pasta. Trade it in for a Sig.

I sold my PX4 45 before I put more than a mag or two thru it, but it ran flawlessly.

Beretta tends to make quality guns, might have to send it to the factory.

On my rotary barrel Sig/Mauser, making sure the OUTSIDE of the barrel is properly lubed (light oil) is important to ensure proper function.

Had a PX4 .40 for a couple years and never had an issue. Put several thousand rounds through it.

I would lean towards letting the factory have a look at it.

My 9mm PX4 has run flawlessly with all sorts of ammo. I'd suggest running a few more mags of ammo through it. It could just be some unusual teething issues.

Also, pay attention to whether it happens with all the mags or only with one.

That would be my thought as well. I've got two PX4 Storms in 9mm and both have been flawless. Thousands of rounds combined and not one single malfunction or FTE and probably my most trusted pistols. Not sure why the .45 would be different.

Beretta makes quality stuff and will stand behind it if there's an issue.

thanks. My ran great for 50 rounds... I have other Berettas and they are fantastic. This .45 px4 is my first with the rotating barrel. I'm thinkin' it's going back to the factory.
